Lisa has lived in Lincoln County, NC since 2009. From the first time you meet her, you will feel at ease with her professional and personable working style and be confident in her ability to represent your best interest through the real estate transaction.

Lisa continually upgrades her education and knowledge. She is very proactive in helping her clients sell and buy property, going above and beyond what she is expected to do. Lisa is loyal, honest and very dependable. She cares more about the person vs. the deal.

Lisa has worked in the customer service industry for more than 30 years, including sales, office management, and retail sales, Lisa has an Associate of Arts degree in Psychology and a diploma in Medical Assisting. Lisa is a graduate of the Superior School of Real Estate. Her most recent achievement is to obtain her Broker in charge License for the state of North Carolina.

Lisa has been married to her husband, Jackson Smith Jr. since 2005. Together they have 6 children, 11 grandchildren, 1 dog and 2 cats. She loves to travel and spend time outdoors as well as spending time with family and friends. She currently coordinates her neighborhood's clean up by picking up trash, and asking others for input on things that can benefit their neighborhood in Iron Station NC.

Lisa's desire is to help her clients move through the real estate transaction and in the the home of their dreams with as little stress as possible. She always tells her clients to let her worry about the small stuff so that they can just enjoy their day to day life throughout the process. She always wants to make sure to make the transactions process painless for her clients and friends.
